The clinic is at the Dolphin Leisure Centre in Haywards Heath, only a short walk from the station and easily accessible by road or rail. There is free parking and a dedicated and comfortable reception area within the centre.

People often don’t know what sort of treatment is best for them so we offer free telephone triage calls with one of our experienced practitioners. If you’re unsure whether you need Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Massage or Podiatry, we’re happy to help with a call. We’ll listen to your symptoms and guide you toward the most suitable option.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How much do treatments cost?
All our treatment fees are listed clearly on our booking page, but here’s a quick guide:
- Osteopathy:
Initial appointment – £65
Follow-up appointments – £55
(Appointments with Adam Fiske are £75 and £60 respectively) - Physiotherapy:
Initial appointment – £65
Follow-up appointments – £55 - Sports Massage:
60 minutes – £65
40 minutes – £50 - Podiatry:
Initial appointment – £65

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, we’re registered with most major health insurance providers. However, we don’t invoice insurers directly. You’ll pay for your treatment at the time of your appointment, and we’ll email you a receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Please note that the amount reimbursed will depend on your individual policy and it may not cover the full treatment cost
What should I bring to my appointment?
You don’t need to bring anything specific, but if you have any relevant medical records eg scan reports or test results then feel free to bring these along if you have them available. Whilst they are not essential to have, they might help us better understand your condition and tailor your treatment.
What should I wear for my appointment?
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and access to the area being treated such as leggings, shorts, vests and sports tops.
You do not have to come to your appointment wearing this clothing. There are changing rooms available at the Leisure Centre. Alternatively, you may change in the treatment room before and after your treatment. Your practitioner will leave the room to give you privacy.
