Adam Wilson

Adam trained at the BSO, graduating with an MOst in osteopathy and continues his professional development by regularly attending courses aimed at the treatment of sports-related injuries and lifestyle-limiting, chronic conditions. Adam believes in combining osteopathic techniques with exercise and stretching advice to optimise recovery and help prevent the recurrence of patients’ problems.

He’s a keen sportsman and enjoys snowboarding, surfing, running and mountain biking, which gives him a good understanding of how sports people use their bodies. Adam developed an interest in osteopathy having seen the benefits derived from osteopathic back pain treatments for friends and family.
